Organization Overview・The president is Tsuneo Shinzato (2016-2017)
・It is comprised of the following sections: general affairs & public relations; financial and planning, finance, cultural and entertainment, accounting, social, culture, sports and a secretariat.
・There are councils (auditor, director, permanent director).
・Women's group is organized with the following sections: accounting, crafts, PR, exchange, and decor. 
・The youth group is organized according to their activities such as Ryukyu dance, Kariyushi Taiko, Shinsei Wadaiko, Sesihun Yosakoi Sooran, Yuimaru Genseikai Sanshin, and Choode Crew Brake Dance.
・Objectives of establishments were:
1. To promote friendship among its members;
2. To conduct activities on culture, welfare, and assistance and charity;
3. To create sport projects.

Description【Seinen Iwai Party】
Celebration for members who were born of the year that coincide with the year of the Chinese Horoscope.
【Sanshin's Day】
An annual event where Okinawan Minyo and classical music are performed followed with a potluck party.
【Mother's Day】
Mothers and members' mothers are invited and presented with commemorative gifts. Okinawa Gakuen students and youth group members perform for this occassion.
【Junina Festival】
An annual event where about 350 to 400 plates of goat soups are sold as well as Okinawa Soba and Churrasco.

Other Okinawa related matters【Okinawa Soba】
In Campo Grand, Okinawa Soba is part of the local diet. The Central Tourism Fair Association has registered "Soba" as the city's cultural asset in 2006. Every year in August, the Soba Festival is held.
【Memorial Monument】
Located in Campo Grande, it is a monument of the Japanese community.
