Membership 25 (As of 2017) Established 2007 Chairperson Shinko Kinjo Hammack Organization Overview ・Established in 2007. Its first president was Kiku Murphy.
・President is selected by recommendation/appointment.

・There is a vice-president, a secretary, a treasurer and 25 councils.

Description ・Meetings including luncheons and cooking classes are held once a month and most of the participants are people in their 50s.
・In 2016, an Okinawa soba making activity was held.
