Organization overview: Our organization is a federation whose officers (directors) consist of representatives from each of its affiliated municipal associations.
Affiliated organizations: 32 organizations (27 Shichosonkai or municipal associations and comrades associations).
Purpose of establishment:
(1) To promote mutual friendship, improvement of the quality and welfare of members.
(2) To maintain friendship and goodwill through exchanges with other organizations in Asia.
(3) To maintain close contact with Japan (Okinawa Prefecture) and contribute to the goodwill between Japan and Argentina and the development of Argentine society.

2. Organization.
General assembly:
It is the highest decision-making body of the oragnization, and meets regularly once a year, or extraordinarily if an urgent matter requires it.
Board of Directors:
The Board of Directors are elected by the General Assembly. Nominations for the Board of Directors are made by each of the affiliated municipal associations and the Board of Directors. The maximum number of members is 30.

The Japanese community in Argentina numbers about 30,000 people, of which 70% to 80% are of Okinawan descent. The generations of Okinawans born here have now reached the third and fourth generations, integrating into the Japanese-Argentine community and belonging to various Argentine-Japanese organizations. Among them, the Okinawa Kenjin Rengokai in Argentina is utilized by Okinawans throughout the country. In addition, there are nearly 40 other Okinawan organizations and social groups in Argentina, located not only in the capital Buenos Aires but also in the provinces of Córdoba and Santa Fe. Throughout the year, a schedule of sports, social, cultural, and performing arts activities is organized, allowing participants from young generations to seniors to enjoy a spacious venue and various events. Over 1,000 students attend classes held throughout the year. The classes offered include:
- Japanese language classes.
- Calligraphy, cultural embroidery, origami, tea ceremony.
- Japanese painting and Go classes.
- Sanshin (Okinawan string instrument), Ryukyu drum.
- Karate, Aikido, Judo, Sumo, Kendo.
- Tai Chi, Yoga, Reiki.
- Recreation and senior exercise programs.
- Arts and culture festivals, exhibitions, and meetings.
- Social events.
- Tango.
- Track and field, soccer, volleyball, swimming, gateball, tennis, table tennis.
- Swimming pool, cooking, barbecue (at the "Uruma-en" sports field).
- Fishing tours.

・Built in 1991. Venue for important ceremonies and celebrations such as the Kenjinkai foundation anniversary, immigration anniversary and other activities held by the Kenjinkai or its members. The Kenjinkai administrative office is also located here.
【Sports Ground Uruma-en】
・A sports ground acquired in 1967. Events such as gateball, athletics and the Okinawa Festival are being held here.
