・There are a president, a vice-president, a secretary, a treasurer, 6 councils, a manager and 2 manager assistants, and the term for each position is 2 years.
・There are committees for health clinic, welfare, roads, social education and school management.
・Duties are as follows:
1.Administrative works (management of civil registry, mail handling, maintenance of public order, PR, etc.)
2. Maintenance of roads inside the settlement
3. School management, scholarship program
4. Management of health clinics
5. NHK BS broadcasting service
6. Other services to support the daily life of the residents
・The Colonia Okinawa Agricultural Association (CAICO) was first organized in Settlement Okinawa on November 30, 1978 after splitting from the public administration.
・This organization is also an administrative body for the Settlement Okinawa 1, Los Chacos Village, Warnes County, Santa Cruz Province in Bolivia. The Settlement is divided in 3 areas. In the Settlement, there are a cultural center, a historical museum, schools, clinics, a health insurance association and an agricultural association.Affiliated Org. ・Held on August 15, the day of settlement.
・At the event, people speak in Japanese and Okinawan dialect, enjoy Sanshin's music, Eisa dance, Ryukyu Matsuri Daiko's performances and Karate demonstrations along with Okinawan food. Also, traditional Bolivian dances are performed.
・Local residents of the settlement's nearby areas also join the festivals which are becoming part of Bolivia.
・The Okinawan performing arts such as Ryukyu Dance, Sanshin, Karate and Ryukyu Matsuri Daiko are being maintained and passed down through exchanges among other Kenjinkai in South America and the efforts of volunteers working to keep them alive.Own scholarship program Yes

・Located inside the Settlement Colonia 2. An agricultural and livestock research and experiment facility created to provide support for the development of the area.
