・Its first and current president is Mineko Yamagawa Fiedler （Since time of establishment to 2020) Term is 10 years. For the selection of president, after the nominations to the board, the board votes.
・There is a vice-president, a secretary and a treasurer. There is no committee and the board directs the activities of the club.
・The objective of establishment was to be a web based organization focused on developing the social connectivity of Okinawans and Americans who have a love for Okinawa and an appreciation for its culture.
