This project is to dispatch leaders of various and attractive cultural performing arts of Okinawa to overseas prefectural associations that hold events related to "Uchinanchu Day in the World" and support their activities. This is a project to disseminate the charm of Okinawa overseas and to inherit, develop and strengthen the connection between the overseas prefectural association and Okinawa.
