The "Lunar Bon Festival" is a traditional event in Okinawa. Okinawan people cherish and looked forward to watching Eisa.
Each region has its own unique costumes, shouts, and processions that are overwhelming to watch.
This year, we will connect the various regions of the prefecture and broadcast their eisa performances on Youtube from August 28 18:00 (JST).
UNC has contacted eisa groups in 10 countries, including Argentina, Peru, Canada and Hawaii.
We will introduce these overseas eisa groups.
